This product is especially suitable for substations with frequent tap changing, which makes the tap changer withstand huge mechanical and current impacts and poses higher requirements for the safety and reliability of the primary equipment and the online monitoring products. With the vibration analysis, it is only necessary to install a sensor that collects the vibration signal on the outer wall of the tap changer box, and the main unit is installed in the panel without any electrical connection with the tap changer. In this way, it is possible to safely and accurately monitor various faults and predict possible fault hazards of tap changers.
